Just apply as little pressure as you can with your toothbrush so as not to cause any problems with your teeth.I have been using this powder once a day for the last couple of weeks and I can honestly say that I have noticed a slight whitening to my teeth. It is probably only a slight whitening because I have been extremely gentle when brushing with the powder. I have been brushing after lunch each day with this whitening powder while still brushing with regular toothpaste in the morning and last thing at night.If you are a drinker of coffee, wine or staining foods, this should be a very good way to keep a pleasant colour to you teeth. I feel it has improved the colour of my teeth in only a short space of time, so I will continue with its use.Give it a try it.

I am very happy with the results of teeth whitening powders. My old one just ran out a few weeks ago, and this one is a replacement for it. So far, I have had a very positive experience with this product. I prefer white powder to the black, charcoal one, as it does not discolour my toothbrush. This is a great product that is safe and easy to use and gentle to your teeth. I just simply dip my damp toothbrush into it and brush like usual. It has a strong minty, chewing gum kind of scent, which I find very pleasant. As for the whitening results, I think it should be used for 3-4 weeks before the result seriously shows, but even earlier, you can see the yellow stains fading on your teeth. I think it is a good value for money, as this jar is approximately a half a year supply. Overall, I like this product, which is also suitable for my sensitive teeth and gums.

This is my third tub of tooth whitening powder and this one certainly smells great, the smell of peppermint is so refreshing. Sadly the taste is somewhat lacking as is any foam when cleaning your teeth. With that said however, it certainly makes my teeth feel clean and my smile is visibly lighter.Now to be fair, my own experience of such products tells me that none of these powders will ever completely whiten your teeth, only lighten them a shade or two. Of course if you're wanting a truly white smile, the sort that only a dentist can provide, that might be your better option, either that or try some peroxide lighteners.If however a professional clean is not an option for you, then using this product regularly will certainly give you a brighter smile. My own experience of this product is proof that these powders can work, especially when compared to a conventional whitening toothpaste, the differences are obvious. Just bear in mind that you shouldn't be too unrealistic about what it can do for you.A nice product and better than a regular toothpaste.

Been using this for a while.. I can see a little change, it's a bit gritty in your mouth I'd say it's ok personally I wouldn't get it again but it's ok
