  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Hair fibres, teeth whitening products, and nail removers cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

1.3. Damaged or faulty items:

  • We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange process.

1.4. Return process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at fixxie.shop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

1.5. Return shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning items.
